Billing & Auto-Charge. You authorize Aperture to invoice you or your Dealer and to store / auto-charge the payment method provided for this enrollment for initial fees, acreage reconciliations (>10% variance), and annual renewals. Prices are exclusive of sales tax, which will be added to your invoice.
Account Activation. Account provisioning begins only after (a) payment clears and (b) all field data are received. Login credentials will be provided within 10 business days of meeting both requirements.
No Hardware Control. Aperture provides data only. You retain sole authority over all irrigation decisions. Aperture’s liability is capped at the amount paid during the term.
Automatic Renewal. Your subscription is for one year and will renew annually. You may cancel at any time up to one (1) day before your renewal date.
Data & API Access. You grant read-only access to your irrigation hardware (e.g., AgSense) to improve mapping quality. You may not use Aperture data to derive or train competing solutions.
Signature must match the purchaser name.
